I decided to post another piece. I did this piece a while back and nearly forgotten about it! For some reason I wasn’t very fond of this piece, when I first made it, but looking at it now, there are quite a few things that I do like about it.

I decided to start a series that will allow me to work a little bit with integrating type and illustration together. I believe it will enhance my portfolio and challenge me in a new way :]

A sketch for another illustration for a flower series I’ve decided to start. I’m not a very big fan of sunflowers, and have always found them to be clownish and silly looking. I decided to use those qualities in this image, while still keeping it within my normal illustration aesthetic. I think she’s quite cute :]
